Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for contracts concluded outside business premises and for distance contracts.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you promptly and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for this reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

For services, a proportionate reimbursement of value may be owed if you have expressly requested that we begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires early only if you have expressly consented in the ordering process to us beginning contract performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed that you are aware that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

For credit purchases with immediate usability, this consent is obtained in the Stripe checkout as a mandatory confirmation. The text version displayed at the time, the acceptance status, timestamps and technical proof values are stored for evidentiary purposes.

The statutory right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. No voluntary right of withdrawal is granted to businesses.
